• Bluetooth Data: BLE beacon identifiers and signal strength (RSSI) when workplace beacons are configured, used solely for verifying workplace presence during check-in/check-out.
• Device Information: device type, operating system, app version, and language preference.
• Biometric Authentication Data: we use your device's biometric capabilities (fingerprint, Face ID) for quick login. Biometric data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain attendance tracking and HR management services.
• To verify your workplace presence during check-in and check-out.
• To generate attendance reports for you and your employer's authorized personnel.
• To process leave requests and manage work schedules.
• To improve the App's functionality and user experience.
• To communicate service-related notices.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Your Employer: authorized managers and HR personnel within your organization can view attendance records, schedules, and leave requests as part of normal HR operations.
• Service Providers: trusted third-party services that help us operate the App (cloud hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure token-based authentication, and encrypted credential storage on your device. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to your employer. Attendance records are retained according to your employer's data retention policies and applicable labor laws.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
